Air travel have restarted at Scotland's primary international airport after a substantial air traffic control outage halted all operations.
All incoming and outgoing flights were halted after an technical fault that occurred at about 08:30.
Some passengers were left waiting in jets at the stand while the issue persisted.
Services Recommence with Continued Disruption
A statement indicated at 10:40 that operations had restarted, and thanked passengers for their "understanding and cooperation".
That said, considerable delays are expected to continue throughout the day. Flights to key destinations like Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, and Bristol have been axed, with many others experiencing delays.
A spokesperson had earlier anticipated that a significant number of movements could be impacted.
"Passengers are advised to get in touch with their carrier for the most up-to-date details on their booked journeys," officials reiterated.

Officials linked the full ground stop to an systems failure with its control tower systems vendor.
Flyers are still being urged to check the status of their flight before heading to the airport as residual delays are managed.
